Silpoly certainly has some advantages over Silnylon, and at least in theory I think it would work great with the Silex, but it isn't doesn't have the tear stregth that Silnylon does and since most of Seek Outside shelters are large pyramids (designed for hunters not backpackers), Silpoly might not work well for them.
